PRESENT LAND USE OF AREA:
The present use of this land is very limited rangeland
and wildlife habitat.
As owners of the land we have had cattle, sheep and
horses grazing on the land containing the "affected area".
It is very rare to see a domestic animal in the affected
area because of the abscence of vegetation and the loose
rock existing on the site.
The surrounding land use is 100y6 rangeland onall bound-
cries of the affected land including everything within a
5 mile radius with the exception of the Colorado Lien Co.
limestone quarry and crushing operation located 3 miles North-
Northeast of the affected area.
PROPOSED FUTURE LAND USES
Proposed land use of this area after completion of the
quarry and reclamation is improved rangeland and wildlife
habitat.
UNPERMITTED MINING OPERATION:
There are no Unpermitted Mining Operations as subject
to the 1973 Colorado Open Mining Land Reclamation Act or the
1976 Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act.
The lands herein do not affect any of the lands that prohibit
this activity because all lands adjacent or near are private
and for livestock grazing.
-3-
