• this Lease. This provision for insurance shall survive the <br />expiration or termination of this Lease. Such insurance shall <br />name Dorchester as an additional insured party. Salt Creek <br />shall submit to Dorchester certificates by each insurance <br />carrier showing effectiveness of insurance in accordance with <br />this Lease and containing a provision that it will not cancel <br />or change any policy of insurance issued except upon 30 days <br />notice to Dorchester. <br />7. Indemnity and Liability. <br />A. Salt Creek's Liability. All usage and <br />occupancy of the Leased Premises by Salt Creek shall be at the <br />risk of Salt Creek. Salt Creek shall indemnify, defend and <br />hold harmless Dorchester from and against any and all claims, <br />• damages, demands, losses, judgments, awards, costs or expenses <br />whatsoever, including attorneys fees incurred in connection <br />therewith, caused by, arising out of or any way related to <br />(1) the use or occupation of the Leased Premises by Salt Creek, <br />(2) the business and activities conducted by Salt Creek on the <br />Leased Premises, (3) injury or death to Salt Creek's agents or <br />employees while on the Leased Premises or other lands of <br />Dorchester adjacent to the Leased Premises, (4) loss of or <br />damage to property of Salt Creek or any other property on the <br />Leased Premises whether or not owned by Dorchester or Salt <br />Creek, and (5) the violation by acts or omissions of any term <br />or provision of this Lease by Salt Creek or by any of its <br />• agents or employees. <br />B. Lessor's Liability. Dorchester shall <br />indemnify and hold harmless Salt Creek from any loss, damage, <br />claim or demand by reason of Dorchester's use of the Leased <br />Premises in accordance with the rights reserved in Paragraph 2 <br />above. <br />i 8.
