royalty purposes in Section 211.63 of Title 30, Mineral Resources (Revised
as of July 1, 1976), Code of Federal Regulations.
3. It is understood and agreed that assignor shall not be required to pay or
to bear, directly or indirectly, any portion of Assignee's costs of mining
or of transportation of coal.
