- Whether the Applicant has adequately described the game and non-game <br />resources, including threatened and endangered species, on and in the vicinity of <br />the application area, and provided a description of the impacts to such resources <br />during mining and reclamation, and appropriate measures, as required by Rule <br />6.4.8. <br />- Whether the Applicant has provided adequate dust control and mitigation <br />measures. <br />- Whether the Applicant has provided ail adequate plan for sediment & erosion <br />control, management of stormwater runoff, and minimization of potential water <br />quality impacts to surface and groundwater resources as required by Rul 3.1.6 <br />- Whether the Applicant has demonstrated compliance with applicable Colorado <br />water laws and regulations governing injury to existing water rights, as required <br />by Rule 3.1.6(1). <br />- Whether the Applicant has submitted an adequate reclamation plan to achieve <br />the post-mining land use of "wildlife habitat" as required by Rule 3.1.10 and <br />6.4.5, and specifically, with respect to re-vegetation and noxious weed control. <br />- Whether the Applicant has provided an adequate demonstration of vegetation <br />resources, including wetlands, as required by Rule 6.4.10. <br />- Whether the Applicant has provided an adequate assessment of the potential <br />impacts to surface and groundwater resources, an adequate monitoring program to <br />ensure the protection of surface and groundwater resources, and an adequate <br />mitigation plan to be implemented in the event of an exceedance of a surface <br />water quality standard, as required by Rule 3.1.6. <br />- Whether the Applicant has demonstrated compliance with applicable ground <br />water performance standards, as required by Rule 3.1.7. <br />- any matter presented by the Applicant or any other party. <br />2.
