(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase Na, b, and c Construction <br />Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of July 14a' <br />through July 27a', 2002. <br />The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low <br />temperatures ranged from 46° F to 55° F, and highs ranged from 69° F to 99° F. Rain was recorded <br />on July 21S`, 23`d, and 26u, 2002. Weather observations were made on fourteen days of this <br />fourteen-day reporting period. <br />Construction S~nousis <br />Ames Construction Inc. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase Na, b, <br />and c consirucGon. Ames conducted Phase Na, b, and c construction activities on fourteen days of this <br />fourteen-day reporting period (July 14`s through July 27`"). <br />Phase Na <br />Ames continued to haul, place, and conduct final surface preparations on Soil Liner Fill (SLF) in Phase <br />Na south of the previously deployed geomembrane. Ames continued to conduct Depth Verification <br />Testing, completing test thirty through filly-nine. Ames continued excavation of the anchor trench <br />along the eastern and southern limit of Phase Na in prepazation for geomembrane deployment. <br />Poly-Flex continued deployment of 80-mil LLDPE geomembrane in the Phase Na azea. Poly-Flex <br />deployed 80-mil single-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane over an area of 511,217 square feet in <br />
