(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase IVa, b, and c Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of June 30d' through July 13d', 2002. The weather during this reporting period was cleaz to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ran~ed from 47° F to 54° F, and highs ranged from 68° F to 80° F. Rain was recorded on July 15t 2"d, 9 ,and l Od', 2002. Weather observations were made on twelve days of this fourteen- day reporting period. Construction Svnonsis Ames Construction Ina (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase IVa, b, and c construction. Ames conducted Phase Na, b, and c construction activities on twelve days of this fourteen-day reporting period (June 30d' through July 3rd and July 6d' through July 13d'). Phase IVa Ames resumed placement of Structural Fill (SF) and slope recontouring in the southwest corner of Phase P/a by conducting final subgrade prepazation prior to Soil Liner Fill placement. Ames continued to haul, place, and conduct final surface prepazations on Soil Liner Fill (SLF) in Phase IVa south of the previously deployed geomembrane. Ames continued to haul and place SLF below the 9575 road at the southern end of the Phase IVa area, completing hauling and placement of SLF in the Phase IVa area on July l ld'.
