<br />(v) Mulch, if necessary, and rates of application. <br />No mulch has been suggested at this time. <br />(vi) Establishment method for each species of shrub or tree. <br />No sluubs or trees are proposed for this streambed or associated backslopes. <br />(d) Specify which ponds, streams, roads and buildings, if any will remain after reclamation. <br />No ponds or buildings are presently on site or proposed for the site. The North Fork of the Arikaree <br />River and Currie Creek will remain after mining is complete. The access road presently being used <br />by Lincoln County for access to their pit and the ranch road will be lefr for ranch access after mining <br />is complete. <br />(e) Specify the reclamation treatment of any waste rock dumps, tailing impoundments, <br />underground mine openings, ditches, sediment control facilities, buildings and other features <br />not addressed. <br />Since this is strictly sand and gravel surface mining in a streambed, there will be no waste rock <br />dumps, tailing impoundments, underground mine openings, ditches, sediment control facilities, <br />buildings or any other feahues not addressed in this narrative involved in any way for this operation. <br />(f) Provide an estimate of actual costs to reclaim the site, based on what it would cost the State <br />using an independent contractor to complete reclamation, plus administrative costs. <br />Proposed reclamation costs follow. <br />D-2 <br />
