EtYluent limitations <br />PART I <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of This permit and lasting tluough January 31, 2000, the perntinee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfall 001, the discharge of mine drainage and surface runoff to Fish Creek; and 002, the discharge of domestic <br />effluent prior to entering the Emerald Spring spoils spring. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and Regulations <br />for the State Discharge Permit System, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent <br />parameter concentrations which exceed Ute following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow limitation. <br />(a) Outfa11001 <br />Effluent Parameter Discharee Limitations <br /> 30-Dav Ave Daily Max <br />Flow, MGD Report Report <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/P 35 70 <br />pH, s.u. BODS per day for organic loading (30-day average). <br />ii) Facilities Oceration (outfall 0021 <br />The permittee shall at all times properly operate and maintain all facilities and systems of treatment and control <br />(and related appurtenances) which are installed or used by the permittee to achieve compliance with the conditions <br />of this permit. This provision requires the operation of back-up or auxiliary facilities or sitnilaz systems only <br />when necessary to achieve compliance with the conditions of the permit.
