Erosion in this <br />area should not occur due to the areas dense <br />vegetation and gentle slope. <br />LH3 The pre-law coal waste storage area is not <br />protected by any sediment or erosion control <br />feature. The area was disturbed by others <br />during operations prior to the development of <br />the lower Hubbard Creek ventilation facility. <br />It is not necessary for any operations or <br />personnel to access this area.
