Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On April 4, 2006, DMG approved the application for the Hindmarsh Sandstone operation. <br />Please note that the permit will not be issued until DMG receives a properly executed financial <br />and performance warranty. <br />In response to your March 30, 2006 correspondence DMG has generated a new reclamation <br />cost estimation, totaling $20,056. The new estimation has reduced the highwall scaling (task 2) <br />and has included cost for construction of a safety fence (task 7).
