<br />performing the analyses. When quantitative data for a pollutant are requited, the apphtartt must collect a sample of effluent and analyze it for the
<br />pollutmt in accordance with analytical methods approved under 40 CFR Part 136. When no analytical method is approved the applicant may

<br />Each applicant must report quantimtive [late for each outfall containhtg process wastewater with the folbwing exceptions:
<br />a) For every pollutant discharged which s not so limited in an effluent limitations guidelitte, the apphtartt must either report quantitative data
<br />or brlefly desarbe [he reasons the pollutant is expected [o be discharged
<br />b) For every pollutant expected to be discharged in concentrations of 10 ~ or greater the apphtetnt must report quantitative data For
<br />acnolevr, acrybnitrile, 2,4 dmiuophenol, and 2-methyl-4,6 d'minophenol, where any of these four pollutants are expected to be discharged
<br />m continuations of l00 Qrg/P or greater the applicant must report qualitative data For every pollutant expected to be discharged in
<br />concentratons less than 10 ~g/P, or in the case of acrokin, acrylonitrile, 2,4 dinitraphenol, and 2-methyl-4,6 dmitrophenol, in
<br />concentrations less than 100 Qrg/P, the applicant must either submit quantitative data or briefly destxrbe the reasons the pollutant is
<br />expected to be dischazged.
