(page 14), regarding rl:e sample type jot chronic LVET testing. This was changed to 3 grabs per test in 1994 via amendment number I ro the previous permit but not carried over in the crtrrent renewal permit. This is being corrected in this amendment. Winter Monitoring Exemption: The previous monitoring exemption allowed rnontltly monitoring in lreu of weekly monitoring jot pH, oil & grease and flow during the period from November t/rrottgh February due to adverse weariter conditions.
