PART I <br />Page li of 19 <br />Permit No. CO-0042161 <br />B. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS <br />12. Special Monitoring <br />(a) Three Time Analysis <br />In order to develop a sufficient data base for proper evaluation <br />of the water quality impact of the discharge, the permittee shall <br />monitor the following parameter at the specified discharge point <br />on a monthly basis for three sets of data. A report of "No <br />Discharge" shall not be counted as one of the three sets. <br />The monitoring and analysis shall be performed beginning at the <br />first instance of discharge after this permit becomes effective. <br />Following analysis, the data shall be submitted to the Permits and <br />Enforcement Section, within forty-five (45) days of the final <br />sampling date. Upon submission of the data, the permittee shall <br />attach a statement advising the Permits and Enforcement Section <br />that all three sets of data have been submitted. <br />Parameter Discharge Point Sample Type e/ <br />Total Recoverable Manganese, mg/1 001 Grab <br />If evaluation of the data demonstrates a definite or probable <br />violation of water quality standards, the permit may be amended to <br />incorporate additional monitoring and limitations as allowed under <br />Part II.B.S of this permit.
