Disturbances to land: <br />With the exception of the perimeter access road, the entire <br />9.9 acre site will be disturbed at some point. during the life of <br />the mine. <br />Disturbance, inoluding topsoil, is expected to extend to <br />approximately fourteen (14} feet below existing grade. <br />7. ];xisting roads: <br />Tf~e existing county road (Macy Road} is not expected to <br />require any improverner~ts or upgrading for this project. <br />8. Water use= <br />No water will be used directly in conjunction with the mining <br />operat: i on . <br />9.
