<br /> <br />Exhibit B - Site Description <br />7'he site is approximately 1 & 1/2 miles south of Westcliffe <br />on Me.cy Road. It is located within the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of <br />Section 30, T22S, R72W of the 6th P. M., Custer County, Colorado. <br />It lies 3/4 of a mile west of Grape Creek. <br />1. ,oils & vegetation: <br />fee Soil Conservation report and recommendations which are <br />attached. <br />2. Wildlife: <br />Wildlife in the area that might temporarily be affected by <br />tY,e mining operatior, are deer, elk and antelope, which are known <br />to migrate across the site. Any adverse effects the operation <br />may have on wildlife will be minimized by a continual reclamation <br />and revegetation plan. Mined Land Wildlife Questionaire is <br />attached. More information will be furnished in a report to be <br />provided by Dave Hoart of the Division of Wildlife. <br />3. Manmade structures: <br />The only manmade structures within 2410 feet are Macy Road, <br />which fronts the property on the west, and barb wire fences as <br />shown on the site map. <br />
