The permit area comprises all that portion of the Property,
as such Property is described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and
made a part of this Exhibit I, lying West of a line described
as follows:
Commencing at that point on the south boundary line of
the north half of the south half of Section 17, Township 5
South, Range 95 West, Garfield County, Colorado, where
said south boundary line intersects the southern-most
Mahogany Marker, and thence due north to the north boundary
line of Section 5, Township 5 South, Range 95 West,
Garfield County, Colorado,
and also that Property described in Exhibit A-2 attached hereto
and made a part of this Exhibit I.
