~~ <br />S M O K I N G P R O H I B I T I O N P L A N <br />In accordance with Section 75.7702, 30 CFR 75, the following <br />search program shall be instituted: <br />1. Each individual miner shall be inforrrred that the smoking <br />or carrying smoking articles into the mine is a violation <br />of Section 317(c) of Public Law 91-173, and that he is <br />subject to a penalty for violation of this provision. <br />2. -A systematic search for smokers articles of a17 persons <br />entering the mine shall be conducted at ]east weekly at <br />irregular intervals. <br />3. In addition, spot check searches shall be conducted when <br />necessary to ensure that such program is being followed. <br />_ 4. Responsible persons shall be designated by the operator <br />to conduct such searches and record of the searches will <br />~+ be kept. <br />5.
