You should deternine what type of financial warranty you desire <br />to use and obtain the appropriate forms from: the Mined Land Reclamation Division during <br />the application review period to facilitate~fiinalization of an acceptable financial <br />warranty and permit issuance. <br />Compliance with Other Laws <br />Section 115 of the Act requires a permit apication be in compliance with all <br />applicable local, State and Federal laws. suggest you contact the following agencies <br />to dote rnrine whether you need to comply wrtlf their legal requirements: <br />State Engineer with regard to the admigistration of water rights; <br />Colorado Department of Health with re <br />watfars of the State; <br />to the discharge of pollutants into the <br />Colorado Department of Health with <br />and <br />to the need fora fugitive dust permit; <br />U. S..
