i <br />Exil~its <br />Page 3 <br />EXH:CBIT H - WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br />C <br />The Colorado Wildlife Department has been advised of the proposed operation. <br />The? have studied the area and concluded that there will be no significant <br />impetct of the wildlife (see attached letter). <br />EXHIBIT I - SOIL INFORMATION <br />Soils information was obtained from the Soil Conservation Service (see <br />att~iched information). They indicated there would be no significant problems <br />with erosion or dust during the mining operation. <br />EXH:CBIT J - VEGETATION INFORMATION <br />The vegetation present is sparse native grasses with a few coya cactus. <br />There are no trees or bushes on the property. <br />EXH:CBIT K - CLIMATE INFORMATION <br />See attached information. <br />EXH:CBIT hl - COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING <br />The proposed mining operation is acceptable under present zoning by obtaining <br />a special use permit. Application for the Special Use Permit is being made <br />to the E1 Paso County Planning Commission. <br />EXHIBIT N - OTHER PERMITS & LICENSES <br />There are no other permits or licenses that are required for this particular <br />application except for scale and E.P.A. Scale license #2830, E.P.A. Permit <br />#85EP256127 (see attached). We have applied for permits for screen plant <br />and crusher, to Air Quality Control Commission. <br />EXH:CBIT 0 - SOURCE OF LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER <br />Midway Sand & Gravel, Inc. is sole owner of property. <br />EXH:CBIT P - OWNER'S OF RECORD OR SURFACE AND SUBSURFACE RIGHTS <br />Midway Sand & Gravel, Inc. is the owner of all affected and unaffected areas. <br />All corresponding rights are in their names. <br />
