Harden's dumping of petroleum waste on the ground. Mr. <br />Harden has a mining permit issued by the State for his property located in Clear Creek County. I <br />ask that you investigate this matter to verify compliance with the Permit issued by your office <br />and that Mr. Harden is adhering to all your Rules and Regulations. <br />1'he County Environmental Health Department has investigated complaints related to illegal <br />dumping of petroleum products in the past and that the claim of "gross contamination" was not <br />apparent.
