Then the remaining 19.78 acres aze for areas that will have been <br />disturbed by the mining activity during the life of the mine. Thus, seeding of 48 acres will be <br />planned upon. The rest of [he 27 acres will be used by roads and rail spur area that will remain after <br />mining, for ranch use. Until that <br />happens, excavation will not be closer than 300 feet to any structure. No other man-made structures <br />are owned by others, and the landowner agrees that any damage done will be repaired at <br />applicantloperator's expense. <br />
