They are <br />in the same format as your letter, to facilitate review and inclusion into the application. <br />Application Item 3 -Permitted Acrease <br />The perntitted acreage will be 220 acres, and a new page one of the application will be prepared on <br />your ivory paper, and sent with this response letter. As we go forwazd in answering the questions, <br />it will be clear [hat 220 acres is the correct acreage. <br />Application Item 7.1 Names of the Holders of Am' Recorded Easements on the Affected Land. <br />Item 7.1 on the application will be changed to read that Public Service Company of Colorado (aka <br />Xcel Energy) has a gas pipeline and overhead power line crossing the affected property. No other <br />structures, such as County Road 2 E exist on the affected property. County Road 2 E turns north off <br />of North Farm Road only, and does not extend east or south onto the Bassi Ranch. <br />The San Luis Central Railroad also does pass thru the Bassi Ranch, however, it does not enter any <br />of the affected or pemiit[ed area, therefore it is not to be included on the application Under Item 7.1. <br />The Fish Ditch would be the only possible easement for a stn~cture, however, the landowners, Mario <br />and Josephine Bassi own the Fish Ditch, and they are the owners of record of the land that the ditch <br />crosses, therefore, we are not including the Fish Ditch under Item 7.l on the application. <br />In summary, Item 7.1 on [he application will include Public Service Company of Colorado (aka Xcel <br />Energy), and no other easements. <br />Exhibit "A" -Legal Description <br />The metes and bounds description will be changed to include the word "East" as the second word <br />of the next-to-last line, in order to more clearly close the traverse. The traverse is meant to describe <br />"Your Brand of People" <br />
