Central Appalachia WWTF Water Quality Assessment CO-003 <br />and the U.S. Census Bureau TIGER Mapping Service. The data used in the assessment consist of the <br />best information available at the time of preparation of this WQA package. <br />II. Water Quality <br />The Central Appalachia W WTF dischazges to the Water Body Identification (WBID) stream segment <br />COLCLC13b, which means the Lower Colorado River Basin, Lower Colorado River Sub-basin, <br />Stream Segment 13b. This segment is composed of the "All tributaries to the Colorado River, <br />including wetlands, from the Government Highline Canal diversion to a point immediately below <br />Salt Creek, downgradient from the Government Highline Canal, the Orchard Mesa Canal No. 2, <br />Orchazd Mesa Drain, Stub Ditch and the northeast Colorado National Monument boundary, except <br />for specific listings in Segment 13c."
