Only Outtalls 003A and 022A flowed during the period. No permit excursions were noted during this period. Note that we did not have a current DMR form for 022A, as such I modified a 003A form. As mentioned in a recent telephone conversation to Tonya Watson, I anticipate submittal/approval of electronic DMRs for all our remaining quarterly permits in time for submittals for the third quarter of 2003. Chronic Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing was pertormed at Outtalls 003X, and 022X, during this period. WET tests for 003X indicated no toxicity to either P. promelas or C. dubia. Testing for Ouffall 022X indicated effluent toxicity to fathead minnow survival, but not to Ceriodaphnia dubia survival. As discussed with Chris Gates, accelerated testing is being conducted the week of July 14th. Copies of the WET Test Report Forms are attached for each Outtall. Outfalls 004A, 007A, 009A, 011A, 012A, 013A, 014A, 015A, 016A, 017A, 018A, 019A, 020A, 021 A, 022A, 023A, 024A and 024X along with Site 3001, did not discharge during this period. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outtalls, which did not discharge. CERTIFICATION 1 certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties forsu6mitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
