4,7.6 Records
Records will be kept on the volume/day of incoming esh.
Quarterly water quality results will be kept for all
• monitoring wells. No wells ere being monitored for explosive
gas. All wells are less then 180' deep. Since all sites are
rough constructed and temporary, compaction teats and soil
teats will not be taken. Variations from approved procedures
will be documented. There will be no special wastes received
at the site.
4.7.7 Disoosal Cells

There will be no disposal cells within a given site since ell
sites are small end distinct from each other so thajthey~ an
be monitored separately. It is ~ maw- hat al~`leaat 40' f
overburden material will be maintained between the sit'e`bottom
and the spoil water table.
The elopes of the site will be 1:1. The ash ie expected to
stand at 1:1. The finished sites will be reclaimed at Sx or
less.
4.7.8 Cover Aoolication
The daily delivery of 100 c.y. of esh will only require 10
c,y. of anndy cloy to cover to a depth of 6". Since the ash
material will contain 30k moisture, fugitive dust is not
expected to be a problem. In fact the dumping of the ash over
other wastes such as paper, wood and metal will reduce the
blowing of paper which is a very minor problem at present.
This material can and will be covered with moist sandy clay
(overburden material) if fugitive"duet is a problem.
4.7.9 Fencing
The mine is completely enclosed by fencing. Moat of this
fence is four-wire barbed wire. 48" high, the rest is
electrically charged - one wire. The mine map under 4.6.3
shows the detail on fencing.
4.7.10 Nuisance Condition
The hole into which present trash is dumped is generally deep
enough C20'-40') to shield the trash from being blown out of
the hole. We have more trouble with open dumpatera in the
shop area having trash blown out of them. When this hnppena
the trash is picked up by hand.
We have not had nor expect to
dust, odor, ve _~ or burning
the solid waste disposal plan.
increase the thence of having
problems when ash is added to
9.7.11 Ooen Burning
Open burning is not allowed and is not done. host of the
waste will not burn. If fire should start it will be
extinguished immediately by covering with overburden materiel.
-43-
