There is a slight sag on where the north and the east wall meet in the ceiling at the corner, and also with that sag on the east wall of the bedroom part there is about a 12" crack in the drywall, stairstepping toward the corner of the ceiling. It is about 1/16" to 1/8" wide and the rest of this east wall is clear. We are at a hallway from the bedroom going into the bath area. Looking at the east wall of the hallway, it is clear. Looking at the south wall of the hallway it is clear. Looking at the west side of the hallway it is clear. Looking at the north side it is clear. We are in the bath area of the master bedroom. There is a bathtub on the north side of the bathroom. We're looking at the north wall where the bathtub area is. Ceramic tile, with abuilt-in bathtub. Slight cracking in the grouting around the window area where the tub also meets the ceramic tile. Also some cracking in the grouting around the tub line where it meets the different materials. The rest of this wall is clear Looking at the east wall of the bathroom and it is clear. Looking at the north wall of the bathroom and some cracking behind the countertop where it meets the wall, the caulking. Other than that it is clear. We're looking at the west wall and it looks like there is a crack developing over a doorway, probably about 6-8" long. Other than that, it is clear. On the north wall underneath the cabinet there is a damaged area where the cabinet meets the drywall. Ok, we're in the shower part of this bathroom. There is a standup shower enclosure and I can see some sagging in the ceiling over the shower. It looks like it may have been repaired. The rest of it is clear. Looking at the east wall of the shower room, it is clear. Looking at the south wall of the shower room and it's clear. Looking at the west wall of the shower area and it is clear. On the ceiling where the fan is there is some gaps and maybe some slight water damage. Now we're in the utility area located on the northeast side of the house. Looking at the east wall, there are some gaps in the molding behind the water heater. Other than that, it is clear. Looking at the south wall, it is clear. Looking at the west wall, I see a slight sag in the ceiling on the northwest corner where the ceiling meets. The rest of the wall is clear. Looking at the north wall where the laundry area is, and that is clear.
