J Small water stain in the carpet underneath the front door and some cracking in the <br />wood. You can see a slight hairline crack on the south side of the hall entrance on the <br />ceiling or where the ceiling meets the wall. The rest of the wall is clear. <br />Looking at the west wall of the hallway here, a slight hairline crack where the ceiling <br />meets the wall again. Rest of the wall is clear and looking at the north wall of the <br />hallway, a slight hairline crack at the ceiling where the ceiling meets the wall. The rest <br />of it is clear. <br />We are in the southeast bedroom and there is previous water damage on the north wall <br />where it meet the ceiling. You can see the tape coming up on the drywall and also <br />some hairline cracking on the seams where it meets the east wall and also the ceiling. <br />Also there is a hairline crack where the north and west wall meet. The rest of the wall <br />looks clear. Looking at the east wall now, there is some cracking in the timbers, pretty <br />consistent with the rest'of it. Looking at the south wall some cracking in the timbers, the <br />rest of it is clear. Looking at the west wall, it's clear. <br />We are in the southwest bedroom now and we're looking at the east wall. The east wall <br />is clear. Looking at the south wall and some cracking in the timbers and it's clear. <br />Looking at the west wall, some cracking in the timbers and it's clear. Looking at the <br />north wall, it's clear. The ceiling is clear and the floor is clear. <br />We are on the west bathroom now next to the southwest bedroom and we are looking <br />• at the south wall and it is clear. We are looking at the west wall and there is a bath tub <br />enclosure with ceramic file on the wall and a shower and there is some cracking on the <br />grout above the window where the ceramic file meets and it looks like a slight sag above <br />the window where the ceramic is. The crack is about a 1/16"-118" and it looks like a <br />previous repair on the bottom of the window where the ceramic is caulked over. The rest <br />of the west is clear. Looking at the north wall, is it clear. Looking at the east wall, there <br />is a crack in the caulking where the sink meets the wall, running the length of it. The <br />rest of the bathroom is clear. <br />Okay, we are in the main living area now. It has a kitchen, a dining room, and a T.V. <br />area. We are looking at the east wall; half of it is drywall, half of it is timbers. Timbers <br />has cracks on it. On the countertop on the east wall there is a cracking where the <br />countertop meets the wall on the caulking. Rest of the wall is clear. Looking at the <br />south wall, south wall is clear. Looking at the west wall, it has some cracking in the <br />timbers and midway through the wall there is a probably 3/8" gap in between one of the <br />timbers above a clock and there appears to be a large crack in the timbers on the <br />bottom of this wall. It looks like 3/4", runs probably about 5-10'. Looking at the north <br />wall and where the countertop meets the wall there is some slick cracking in the caulking <br />and everything else appears to be clear. The floor and the ceiling are clear. <br />We are in the northwest bedroom now, and it is the master bedroom. Looking at the <br />. south wall. It is drywall and it is clear. Looking at the west wall. It is timbers and has <br />some cracking consistent with the rest of the house. It's clear. Looking at the north wall, <br />
