J Small water stain in the carpet underneath the front door and some cracking in the
wood. You can see a slight hairline crack on the south side of the hall entrance on the
ceiling or where the ceiling meets the wall. The rest of the wall is clear.
Looking at the west wall of the hallway here, a slight hairline crack where the ceiling
meets the wall again. Rest of the wall is clear and looking at the north wall of the
hallway, a slight hairline crack at the ceiling where the ceiling meets the wall. The rest
of it is clear.
We are in the southeast bedroom and there is previous water damage on the north wall
where it meet the ceiling. You can see the tape coming up on the drywall and also
some hairline cracking on the seams where it meets the east wall and also the ceiling.
Also there is a hairline crack where the north and west wall meet. The rest of the wall
looks clear. Looking at the east wall now, there is some cracking in the timbers, pretty
consistent with the rest'of it. Looking at the south wall some cracking in the timbers, the
rest of it is clear. Looking at the west wall, it's clear.
We are in the southwest bedroom now and we're looking at the east wall. The east wall
is clear. Looking at the south wall and some cracking in the timbers and it's clear.
Looking at the west wall, some cracking in the timbers and it's clear. Looking at the
north wall, it's clear. The ceiling is clear and the floor is clear.
We are on the west bathroom now next to the southwest bedroom and we are looking
• at the south wall and it is clear. We are looking at the west wall and there is a bath tub
enclosure with ceramic file on the wall and a shower and there is some cracking on the
grout above the window where the ceramic file meets and it looks like a slight sag above
the window where the ceramic is. The crack is about a 1/16"-118" and it looks like a
previous repair on the bottom of the window where the ceramic is caulked over. The rest
of the west is clear. Looking at the north wall, is it clear. Looking at the east wall, there
is a crack in the caulking where the sink meets the wall, running the length of it. The
rest of the bathroom is clear.
Okay, we are in the main living area now. It has a kitchen, a dining room, and a T.V.
area. We are looking at the east wall; half of it is drywall, half of it is timbers. Timbers
has cracks on it. On the countertop on the east wall there is a cracking where the
countertop meets the wall on the caulking. Rest of the wall is clear. Looking at the
south wall, south wall is clear. Looking at the west wall, it has some cracking in the
timbers and midway through the wall there is a probably 3/8" gap in between one of the
timbers above a clock and there appears to be a large crack in the timbers on the
bottom of this wall. It looks like 3/4", runs probably about 5-10'. Looking at the north
wall and where the countertop meets the wall there is some slick cracking in the caulking
and everything else appears to be clear. The floor and the ceiling are clear.
We are in the northwest bedroom now, and it is the master bedroom. Looking at the
. south wall. It is drywall and it is clear. Looking at the west wall. It is timbers and has
some cracking consistent with the rest of the house. It's clear. Looking at the north wall,
