If the special use is discontinued or abandoned for two <br />years or longer, the special use shall be deemed <br />abandoned and of no further force and effect. <br />4. Per Section 35.8 of the EL Paso County Land Development <br />Code, this use is subject to periodic review by the <br />Planning Department, with a mandatory review to be <br />scheduled no later than one year after the date of Board <br />of County Commissioners' approval.
