<br />Using empirical data resulting from the Allen Mine inflow study and observations of <br />subsidence impacts, it can be projected that impacts on the regional hydrologic system <br />resulting from future Maxwell tvline operations will be similarly insignificant. This <br />projection is also supported by WFC's contention that Apache, Clruela and Santlstevan <br />Canyons do not contain significant alluvial aquifers and that the overlying strata do not <br />contain significant aquifers. <br />
