EXHIBIT E <br />Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. <br />P. 0. Box 158 <br />Carbondale, CO 81623 <br />LIMESTONE QUARRY RECLAMATION PLAN <br />1 <br />2 <br />Types of reclamation: <br />a. Post construction <br />All areas disturbed during initial construction <br />that will not remain in permanent use or only <br />require light use will be reclaimed following the <br />construction phase. <br />b. During operation - <br />Areas during the operational period (year to year) <br />that no longer require use will be restored and <br />revegetated. <br />c. Post operations - <br />Final reclamation of all disturbed land will be <br />accomplished after completion of mining. <br />Implementation of reclamation plan: <br />a. Annual reports will be submitted describing <br />'reclamation activities, effectiveness and numbers <br />of acres involved. <br />b. All grading will be oriented toward achieving <br />approximate original contour. <br />c. All revegeta[ion will be accomplished in a manner <br />that will establish a diverse, effective, and <br />long-lasting vegetative cover utili2ing available <br />nstive species. <br />d. The specific revegetation seed list will be <br />determined through consultations with the BLM and <br />MLRB. All topsoil will be removed and stored in a <br />manner that will protect it from wind, water <br />erosion or contamination. <br />e. All disturbed areas will be reclaimed in.a <br />manner that will minimize detrimental effects <br />on the quality or quantity of both the surface or <br />and ground water systems. <br />f. After establishing the present land use through <br />consultation with BLM, all reclamation will be <br />directed toward that goal (in all probsbility, <br />wildlife, recreation, mineral development). <br />i <br />
