• CYPRUS YAMPA VALLEY COAL CORPORATION <br />Permit No. 92R0293F <br />Initial Approval <br />Pape 2 <br />The Division's approval of the proposed control plan is based on the submitted production level as <br />listed below. Prior to any increase in daily or annual production rates, the applicant shall submit <br />a Revised Air Pollutant Emission Notice and Control Plan which will be subject to Division review <br />and approval to ensure compliance with the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for particulate <br />matter. Annual records of the actual production rate shall be maintained by the applicant and <br />made available to the Division for inspection upon request. <br />Hauling of waste rock and low quality coal shall not exceed 12,000 tons/day or 350,000 <br />tons/year. <br />Hauling of stoker coal shall not exceed 4320 tons/day or 160,000 tons/year. <br />Waste rock and low quality coal stockpile shall not exceed 700,000 tons <br />Stoker coal stockpile shall not exceed 50,000 tons. <br />Note to Permit Holder: <br />The following emissions of total suspended particulates ITSP) and particulate matter of less than <br />ten microns IPM,oj are estimated based on the production rates listed above. This information is <br />listed to inform the operator of the Division's analysis of the TSP and PM,o emissions.
