Transport to stockpile <br />and loadout on railcars up to 160,000 tons per year of stoker coal. Stockpile up to 50,000 <br />• tons of stoker coal. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR <br />QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 125-7-107 <br />et seal, TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS <br />DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />Visible emissions shall not exceed twenty percent 120%) opacity. <br />The fugitive particulate emission control measures listed on the attached page las proposed in the - <br />Fugitive Particulate Emission Control Plan submitted to the Division) shall be applied to the fugitive <br />particulate emission producing sources as required by Regulation No. 1. <br />3.
