The Lessee shall obtain all necessary "Permits" as required <br />by the County of Garfield and the State of Colorado with reference <br />to the COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION ACT of 1976 and such <br />applications and permits shall become a part of this Agreement <br />and the mining operations shall be conducted in strict compliance <br />with all of the laws, rules and regulations thereunder. <br />10. The Lessor shall make available to the Lessee, copies of <br />the deed, water rights and other documents necessary to complete <br />permit applications. . <br />11. Upon termination of this Agreement, Lessor does hereby <br />grant an extension of time, of two (2) years, to the Lessee for <br />the purpose of completing a reasonable reclamation program, as <br />required by the COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD. <br />12. The word "Lessor" wherever used herein shall include Lessor, <br />their heirs, representatives, administrators, successors, and <br />assigns: and the word "Lessee" wherever used herein shall include <br />Lessee, its successors and assigns. <br />13. This Agreement shall be assignable in whole or in part by <br />the Lessee or the Lessor. <br />14. The Lessor shall have the right to inspect all records, <br />books or accounts pertaining to mining, extraction, transportation <br />and returns of materials taken from the herein demised premises. <br />15. Lessee may make or place such improvements and equipment <br />upon the herein demised premises as may be reasonably necessary <br />to mine, process and remove aggregate therefrom and upon termin- <br />ation of this Agreement, Lessee may remove such improvements, <br />equipment and stockpiles of material; provided, however, that <br />all royalties have been paid and that such removal is accomplished <br />within one year of the termination date. <br />16. Lessee is hereby given the right of ingress and egress to <br />and from the herein demised premises over and across lands of <br />Lessor adjacent to said demised premises. <br />EX F-fzBIT <br />
