The develop- <br />ment of the proposed Milk Creek Loadout has also been delayed. <br />Since tae have more than one year's data in hand for this area, <br />we will also discontinue monitoring there. If and when we <br />decide to seek a permit on this area, we will resume monitor- <br />ing on an approved program under the permit. <br />We also understand that the Stale is considering reducing <br />the requirements for quality parameters. lde will also <br />be contacting you concerning this issue.
