Frequency and Sample Type <br /> <br />PART I <br />Page Ld of 19 <br />Permit No. CO-0035653 <br />In order co obtain an indication of the probable compliance or <br />noncompliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part 1.A, the <br />pezmittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following <br />frequencies: <br />a. Refer to <br />Part I.D.2 for specific requirements. Should a precipitation event or <br />anoxmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order for as <br />exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted ae an <br />attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR} for the appropriate <br />period. <br />Sampling for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified <br />above shall be performed at the following locatione(e): Outfalls 001, <br />002, 003, 004 and 005, as shown in Figure 1. <br />Monitoring by the Division for the purpose of compliance and/or <br />enforcement of the effluent limitations shall be performed ae per <br />"Sample Type' specified above. <br />See Part I.C. for Footnotes. <br />Code: i - 9 Date: 9 - 84 <br />
