CO-U035o~3 <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through December 31, 1990 the <br />permittee Ss authorized co discharge within the limitations specified <br />below, from outfall(s) serial number(s) OU2, U03, U04 and UUS. <br />a. Additional conditions - effective at all times. <br />There shall be no discharge of floating solids or visible foam in <br />other than trace amounts. The discharge shall not contain any <br />sanitary sewage or other pollutants not associated with surface <br />runoff. <br />d. These limitations shall apply to discharge from reclamation areas <br />until the performance bond issued to the facility by the <br />appropriate SMCRA authority has been released and the Division <br />approves inactivation of the discharge point. <br />
