(Pale 6 of 7) <br />EXHIBIT "D" (Sheet 5 of 5) <br />Reclamation Plan <br />If the Future provides enough profit from the sale of the mined minerals, then, the <br />"Operator" may purchase needed equipment and/or start patenting procedures. <br />There is no need for any milling/processing or ore hauling devices. No need for <br />haul roads or special structures in this "Operation". The minerals mined can be <br />sold as they come from the ground sometimes. (Usually though they require a <br />thorough cleaning.) The salable minerals mined in this "Operation" can easily be <br />hauled in a pickup truck. In any event the "Operator" plans to continue mining as <br />long as he is physically/financially able and barring any insurmountable changes/ <br />additions to government regulations, and/or other factors that could impose <br />similar impossibilities for small time mining. <br />During the summer recreational season the subject areas are overrun with various <br />collectors, rock hound groups, high graders and even mineral pirates using heavy <br />equipment when claim owners are absent. They all have the same goal - to obtain <br />the beautiful, classic available crystal mineral specimens that are available only <br />from the Colorado sites at this time. These minerals have been studied and <br />written about in scores of books, periodicals and geological reports for over one <br />hundred (100) years. If a legal miner intends to keep what he uncovers, he must <br />remove it immediately or cover it over with tons of dirt to conceal it until he can <br />remove it. Under present laws governing National Forests these holding unpatented <br />lode mining claims cannot keep any one off of a mining area,liowever, this "Operator" <br />does not invite nor encourage any of the public at large to come to any of it's <br />various sites. <br />The "Operator" understands that it could be ordered to reclaim a site dug by <br />uninvited/unauthorized individuals. The "Operator" would comply in most instances <br />with such an order, but will do so under protest, and if the expense is very great <br />will ask for an immediate evaluation and adjustment to the reclamation financial <br />warranty. <br />If further information/explanation is required, or desired from this "Operator", <br />please contact at address or telephone as indicated on the application. <br />
