Dvcriprion of stormwoter discharge, including drainage area. <br />2. Desmptian of proem and proposal but managemem practice at site, including map. <br />3. Any esistrng watts quality data on stormwattr discharge. <br />4. For new jacilitiv (beginning operations after October 1, 1992), and for all other jacilitiv applying afrer <br />July I, 1993, certification as to the preparation oja SWMP. (See Section V.B.3.a of the Rationale for SWMP <br />cert~cation requirements for aisting faciGtie applying on time.) <br />14. Pctmit Ccrtifirations <br />This permit is malt up of stsrro! parts, some of which do not apply to al! perminee (i. e., while mast jacilitiv will <br />require rosrrage under the stormwarcr section L C, many will not require rovtrage under the proress watts section <br />I.B). C, above), Part I. C must be <br />fol owed. TERMS AND COND177ONS OF PERMIC <br />A. Process Water Dtseharees <br />Numeric Limitations: Numeric limits will be applied for some of the industrial cnregoriv aos+ered by this <br />permit. Thee limits are from the EPA Federal Guidelines for the applicable point source category, as follows: <br />a. Mineral mining and processing poim source category - 40 CFR 436 -subpart $ (meshed stone), C <br />(construction sand and grave!), D (industrial sand), R (phosphate rack) -and all other industrial facilitiv <br />rosrred order SIC Cade 14, except those specifically !'sited in paragraphs b and c below, and concrete <br />
