Built storage structures for petroleum products and other chemicals shall have adequate protection so as to <br />prevent any reasonable loss of the material from catering discharged waters or waters of the State. <br />2. indtastrvSoerific Numeric Limitations <br />Begitming October 1, 1992 and lasting through September 30, 1997, the permittee is authorired W discharge from <br />the process water outfalls, under the industrial category below, as identified is their permit certification. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent limitations, Section 10.1.3, <br />and State Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not <br />contain effluent parameter coaceatrations which exceed the following limitations: <br />a. Mineral mining sad processing point source category - 40 CFR 436 - subpart B (crushed stone), C <br />(construction sand and gravel}, R (phosphate rock) -and all other industrial facilities covered order SIC <br />Code 14, except graphite, and those specifically listed in paragraphs b and c, below, cad concrete batch <br />pleats located at any facility otherwise covered by this general permit: <br />Effluent Parameter <br />Flow, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids, mgn <br />Oil sad Grease, mgfl <br />Total Dissolved Solids, mg/i a/ <br />{Colo.
