Built storage structures for petroleum products and other chemicals shall have adequate protection so as to <br />prevent any reasonable loss of the material from catering discharged waters or waters of the State. <br />2. indtastrvSoerific Numeric Limitations <br />Begitming October 1, 1992 and lasting through September 30, 1997, the permittee is authorired W discharge from <br />the process water outfalls, under the industrial category below, as identified is their permit certification. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent limitations, Section 10.1.3, <br />and State Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not <br />contain effluent parameter coaceatrations which exceed the following limitations: <br />a.
