Also, inslfection of sites, especially the small <br />ones, is needed because many delineated areas of a given <br />soil mapping unit may contain small areas of other <br />kinds of soil that have strongly contrasting properties <br />and di(Tereut suiL•tbilitics ur III111tatIn115 fur soil engi- <br />neering. <br />Same of the terms used in this soil sw'vey have <br />special meaning in soil science that nuly not be fami- <br />liar to engineers.
