Carl Mount <br />Play 31, 1990 <br />Page 2 <br />E. July 18, 1983: The annual embankment inspection <br />was conducted. Weather conditions were favorable, <br />skies partly cloudy, temperature about 85° F. The <br />mine area was dry and mine personnel reported that <br />no measurable precipitation had fallen in about <br />one week. <br />F. July 6, 1984: The annual embankment inspection <br />was conducted. Weather conditions were favorable <br />with sunny skies and temperature of 80° F. The <br />mine area was dry and no measurable precipitation <br />had fallen within one week. <br />G. August 1, 1985: The annual embankment inspection <br />was conducted. Skies were sunny with a <br />temperature of 75° F. The mine area was dry at <br />the time inspection, although scattered showers <br />have occurred over the past wee4:. <br />H. July 3, 1986: The annual embankment inspection <br />was conducted. Skies were partly cloudy with <br />temperatures in the 70's F. The mine area was dry <br />at the time of inspection, although scattered <br />showers have occurred over the past week. <br />I. February 17, 1987: Colorado Mining Permit No. <br />C-80-005 was renewed. <br />J. June 4, 1987: The annual embankment inspection <br />was conducted. Skies were partly cloudy with <br />temperatures in the 80's F. The mine area was dry <br />at the time of the inspection. There was no <br />evidence of precipitation within the past week. <br />K. June 29, 1988: The annual embankment inspection <br />was conducted. Skies were cloudy with <br />temperatures in the 7U's F. The mine area was <br />muddy at the time of the inspection. There was no <br />rain at the time of the inspection; however, <br />several rain showers had occurred during the <br />pervious week. <br />L. June 1, 1989: The annual embankment inspection <br />was conducted. Skies were partly cloudy with <br />temperatures in the 60's F. The mine was dry at <br />the time of inspection. There was no evidence of <br />any precipitation within the past week. <br />
