Pte-mining and mining plan map. <br />Could you include the access road on the map, as well as the present <br />vegetation? One copy is enclosed. <br />2. Reclamation plan map. <br />There is no change in the contour lines fro1R the pre-mining map Co <br />the reclamation plan map. Please indicate any changes. One copy <br />is enclosed. <br />3. Water Resources. <br />If it becomes necessary to pump water from the mine and it is put to a <br />beneficial use you are undoubtedly aware that a well permit will be <br />required. Also, it crould be advisable to consult with the Department <br />of Health to.see if atn NPDES permit is required. <br />4. Reclamation Costs. <br />As you are no doubt aware, we add 10% administrative costs to any <br />reclamation costs sutmitted which would bring the bond amount to <br />$30,800.00. <br />5. Local Government Approval. <br />We notified San Miguel County last month of your application and have <br />not received a response yet. If you have a county approval letter <br />it might be a good idea for us to have a copy to avoid a last minute <br />hassle with the Board. <br />
