MINING PLAN -Exhibit "D" (Continued) <br />STAGE #10 <br />1. Access roads and crusher are progressively moved along closely behind the <br />mining operation as required. <br />2. Stage Ten consists of 5 acres which will be mined in increments of 2 acres <br />per year, thus lasting for 2 1/2 years. <br />3. Operations will start on the West boundary and will proceed to the East boundary <br />of Stage 10, as shown on map (Page "C-1"). <br />4. Sand and Gravel will be extracted in the same manner as indicated in Stage One, <br />(Pages D-2 and D-3 ,paragraph 4) except that topsoil and overburden stockpiles <br />will be located in the Northeastern 1/4 of Stage Ten. <br />5. No water impoundments are located at the site, and the water will be drained <br />naturally to the Southwest. The topography of the affected area will be to a <br />gentle three to one (3:1) slope or less so that very little erosion will occur. <br />6. Mining plan stages will be marked with red markers along the mining stage <br />boundary so that the contractor will have no difficulty in staying within the <br />mining stage boundary. <br />7.
