MINING PLAN -Exhibit "D" (Continued)
STAGE #5
1. Access roads and crusher are progressively moved along closely behind the
mining operation as required.
2. Stage Five consists of 11 acres which will be mined in increments of 2 acres
per year, thus lasting for 5 1/2 years.
3. Operations will start on the East boundary of Stage Five and proceed to the West
boundary, ending on the North boundary, as shown on the map (Page "C-1").
4. Sand and gravel will be extracted in the same manner as indicated in Stage One,
(Pages D-2 and D-3, Paragraph 4), except that the topsoil and overburden
stockpiles will be located in the Northeastern 1/4 of Stage Five.
5. There will be no water impoundments located at the site, and the water will be
drained naturally to the Southeast. The topography of the affected area will be
a gentle three to one (3:1) slope or less, so that very little erosion will occur.
6. Mining plan stages will be marked with red markers along the mining stage
boundary so that the contractor will have no difficulty in staying within the
mining stage boundary.
7. Refer to Mining Stage Timetable (Page"D-1H'of Mining Plan). for overall picture.
8. Access roads are included in the affected area.
"D-7"
