Attached is a copy of the response from CDPHE received by the <br />Division on August 1, 2005. These <br />comments pertain to radiation concems in relation to protection of surface and groundwater resources that <br />have been raised by objectors. Specifically, objectors have raised concems over the protection of water <br />quality in neazby North Cleaz Creek and up-gradient groundwater sources. It is our understanding that <br />there will be offsite discharge of storm water from your proposed operation into North Clear Creek.
