16: Operations twill include: excavation, crushing, and stockpiling, as shown on the <br />attached Pit Development Plan (Exhibit C-3). <br />11: Pit Operating Specifications: <br />a. All oversized material shall be reduced, utilized and stockpiled at the crusher and <br />stockpile site. <br />b. All top-soil will be stripped and stockpiled within the permit area. Upon <br />completion of pit operations, it will be distributed over the developed area in a <br />uniform manner. Li addition, the area shall be seeded, mulched and fertilized in <br />accordance with Exhibit D-Reclamation Plan. <br />c. Pit development shall include only the areas shown on the Pit Development Plau <br />(Exhibit C-3). No equipment operation or other disturbance shall be pemritted <br />outside the existing clearing limits. No additional timber shall be cut or removed. <br />No excavating or equipment operation will occur in the area identified as a norr- <br />crushable area on the attached South Fork Pit Crushable/non-crushable Area <br />Map. (Exhibit C-2) <br />d. The pit floor steal! be constructed as shown on the Pit Development Plan to <br />provide for positive drainage, disperse runoff and protect National Forest System <br />Road (NFSR) 142 firm tmdue drainage concentrations, <br />e. Dust abatement will be provided along NFSR 138 during hauling operations. <br />
