~* •
EXHIBIT G
-RECLAMATION PLAN
Grading will be carried out after each section is fully mined, and no
slopes will be steeper than 3/1. Revegetation will be carried out after
each section has been mined, weather permitting. We anticipate that
Fall would be the best time for re vegetation in terms of insuring the
best possible conditions to encourage plant growth. The following
seeding mixture will be used, and the local S.C.D. officer has offered
to advise us if we need any additional help.
Proposed seeding mixture:
Crested wheatgrass - 5 lb/acre
Smooth bromegrass - 5 lb/acre
Yellow sweetclover - 1 lb/acre
Western wheatgrass - S lb/acre
Electric fencing will be put up, if necessary, while the new revegetation
is establishing itself.
Stipulation
All measures necessary .to comply with Section 34-32-116 will be taken.
It is anticipated that no more than one section, as outlined on the
general map, (approx. .9 acres per section) will be mined annually -
to a maximum depth of 20 ft. Since each section contains less than
70,000 tons of overburden and gravel combined, production will never
exceed that level. We will submit a floating bond for a major dis-
turbance of 2 sections per year.
