Employee Education: There are no requirements for <br />' spill response or material management practices. <br />The performance of preventive maintenance is the <br />function that employees will perform to implement <br />and maintain this SWMP. This work will be directed <br />' by the Mine Manager so no employee education is <br />considered necessary. <br />h. Testing for Non-Stormwater: The potential <br />stormwater discharge points have been evaluated for <br />the presence of non-stormwater discharges such as <br />t mine drainage, contaminated springs, sanitary <br />waste, or process water of any kind. The <br />evaluation was performed by the undersigned. The <br />evaluation was based on a visual observation of all <br />' of the stormwater discharge points shown on the <br />enclosed mine map. Comprehensive Inspection <br />One of the individuals identified in Sa above will inspect the <br />' stormwater management controls at least twice each year in the <br />spring and fall. The inspection will note if the haul road <br />ditches, ditch turnouts or sediment structures require <br />' maintenance. The inspection will also note the condition of <br />the pond outslopes and note if rill repair or supplemental <br />seeding is required. <br />7. Record Keeping and Internal Reporting Procedures <br />A written report or form will be kept at the mine site to <br />' document the comprehensive inspections. The report will be <br />reviewed with the Mine Manager if maintenance is required to <br />assure the maintenance is scheduled and performed. <br />8. Consistency with Other Plans <br />This SWMP is a stand alone document and does not depend on <br />' other plans to be complete. A copy of this SWMP will be <br />available at the mine office. <br />' 9. Allowable Non-Stormwater Discharges <br />There are no sources of irrigation return flow, natural <br />uncontaminated spring water, mine drainage, or process water <br />that are combined with stormwater discharges. <br />1 <br />
