Based on our previous <br />discussions and ongoing cooperative relationship, it is our understanding that you fully suppoR and <br />encourage Energy Fuels Mining Company's (EFMC) mining and related activities at the Raton Creek Mine <br />(formerly Animas/Helen Mines). It is also our understanding that you would like to see mining activities <br />continue, to the extent that such activities are economically feasible, and That you desire shat site reclamation <br />be completed consistent with the approved plans upon completion of mining. <br />I^ order to verify that you understand that you have a legal right to deny mining activities within 300' of <br />your dwelling, that you knowingly waive that right, and shat you support and consent to EFMC's ongoing <br />mining and reclamation activities please sign this waiver statement below and return one signed copy in the <br />enclosed envelope. <br />if you have any questions regarding this waiver of EFMC's ongoing and proposed site activities please feel <br />free to contact me (office phone (7l9) 784-6395).
