LJ
VI. BURNED WASTE UTILIZATION
It is presently not anticipated that any burned coal processing waste or
other material or refuse will be removed from the disposal area. If need-
ed, a plan would be designed and certified by a registered professional en-
gineer and consider the potential hazards which may be created by such re-
moval.
VII. RETURN TO UNDERGROUND WORKINGS
No coal processing waste will be returned to underground wrkings.
VIII. NON-COAL WASTE
No non-coal waste will be disposed of within the waste disposal area. All
solid waste, oil, grease, garbage, and abandoned mining machinery, will be
disposed of at the area's county landfill.
IX. FINAL ABANDONMENT
A registered professional engineer will review the construction processes
from the certified reports filed during construction. Final configuration,
drainage, and stabilitq will be rechecked at this time. This report will
then be certified by engineer at abandonment.
Matthew S. Sakurada, P.E.
J•
